I love Saturday mornings! This is the time when I get to take care of Leah while Sue gets some MUCH needed rest that a long week can rob from such a precious Bride and Mommy. I was reading Romans 12:2 to Leah and I saw a comparison from Gods word that I want to share with you. The verse reads- Be not conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of our minds! Then in Galatians 6:9- Be not weary in well doing for in due season you will reap if you faint not! There are two verses that connect a strong spiritual principle. If you have been plugging away at quiet time with the Lord or sowing seed of Gods word into your life and you do not see growth, these verses bring great news. Two actions will happen if you place Gods word in your life-TRANSFORMATION and MANIFESTATION! According to these two verses this is what God provides as we continually seek to grow. I thought of this principle as I looked at Leah and how much she has grown, it seemed like yesterday that we were bringing her home and today she is jumping around in her jumper. God will produce the fruit in your life if you continually sow. There have been many long nights, trying times with raising Leah but the fruit of her growth is evident. Grow my friends, grow!

ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU so much for helping Sue. Alot of times you never hear anytime that the husband is ever willing to help with taking care of the children. You always hear that it's the wife's responsibility. I thank GOD for you and Sue for taking such good care of Leah. She is certainly blessed to have you both as her parents.
