My Turn

One of the funniest things my son Gehrig says when everyone else is getting a chance to have their turn in a game or opportunity is , " My Turn!" Though this is funny and I love hearing him say this it has a great spiritual lesson that I am learning that I want to share with you!

Do we feel like this at times when we are sensing Gods direction and waiting on the manifestation of something that He has called us to do, or a prayer to be answered? David is a great example of a word that we all have to get in our thick heads.... PATIENCE! You see David was told he was to be king but he didn't sit on the throne the same day! What did he do? He went back to tending sheep, being faithful in the small things while God developed his character and worked on the manifestation of his presentation.

Don't be confused when God tells us it is our time, but makes us wait our turn!

God will not disappoint what He has appointed!
