WOW! What an awesome time with the Lord this morning! I have felt the presence of the Lord this morning in a powerful way. I woke this morning with great anticipation on what the Lord would show me in His word and He led me to:
Psalm 108
O God, my heart is fixed;
I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.
2 Awake, lute and harp!
I will awaken the dawn.
3 I will praise You, O LORD, among the peoples,
And I will sing praises to You among the nations.
4 For Your mercy is great above the heavens,
And Your truth reaches to the clouds.
5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens,
And Your glory above all the earth;
As I read these words I am reminded of how little I spend time praising and worshipping the God that redeemed me, set me free, set my feet upon a firm foundation! He has declared you and I FREE, we need never to worry about being declared guilty but rather we have the blessed assurance that we are FREEEEEEEEEEEE! I have been overwhelmed by His presence this morning because as I spent time in praise and worship the scripture is true that God inhabits the praises of His people. I cant get this picture out of my mind of Jesus standing in Heaven and telling the heavenly Father that my son Shawn is NOT GUILTY! I am overwhelmed!
