A Time to Praise

Psalm 34:1- I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise shall continually be in my mouth!

What a great way to start Monday morning out! Praise, praise, praise! In a world where we can be overwhelmed by the enemies onslaughts, duties, disappointments and concerns. Let me be the first to tell you the power of praise! Paul and Silas found praise to break down prison walls, David found praise to fill him with joy! Lets commit to praise God no matter what happens today! It may be the form of faith that moves mountains, breaks the chains of complacency, and God inhabits the praises of His people. Let this song get into your heart!Think about all He has done in your life, if you are even getting up this morning, that is enough to dance a jig of praise! Be blessed!

  1. Dearest Shawn,
Sue's comment on your Wednesday blog really touched my heart! As a man, it is the biggest compliment you can receive on this earth! Not too many men are entitled to receive such a compliment from their wife and I know that if Leah could formulate her feelings as clearly, she would share her Mama's feelings. I know without a doubt that you must be the best Dad she could have asked for!
Considering this your humility and your Love can only come from the only One who truly knows our heart.
I have met you and seen you in action during some most challenging times and you always amazed me. Even though I am almost twice your age, I remember thinkng: "Lord, I want to be like that when I grow up!" :-)
YES, HALLELUIJA! LET'S PRAISE THE LORD AND GIVE HIM ALL THE GLORY!
Love you much and SO grateful to our Father from crossing our paths. SO very grateful to call you and Sue "Friends"!
    In Him. monique
