OK friends I don't know if there will be anything super spiritual about this post but I have to brag on my girls! I know that Valentines day is a little commercial and all of that but since I usually post something that the Lord is showing me I wanted to take this day and simply praise God for how blessed I am to have these two precious ladies in my life. I thought of something today that made me a little teary eyed. The most precious lady in my life used to be my Mom but she passed away in 2004 and I thought of the many times that I didn't show her how much I loved her. It is easy to say we love, but to actually do it is a different story. Sue and I have a life verse together and it is 1 John 3:18- Let us not love in word or in tongue but in deed and in truth. My Mom is not here anymore for me to show her I love her, but I have two precious ladies that I see each day and I have the opportunity to show them in deed and in truth. Today has been a reminder to SHOW that I love them by doing the little things that mean so much. I want to challenge you today to kiss, hug and talk to those in our lives that we say we love. I wish I had my Mom here to show her the love that I have for her but she is in the arms of Jesus. Don't let a day go by without extending love with actions. Be blessed!
