One of the wonderful aspects of my morning run is the opportunity to pray for the day and also listen to the Holy Spirit for the day at hand! Have you ever sensed the voice of the Lord? It may be a phrase or a passage of some kind but when He speaks to you there is no doubt it is Him. I had one of those times this morning and I wanted to share with you the words of Paul in 2 Timothy 4:7- I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith... As I ran this morning I prayed fervently for direction for the ministry that the Lord has placed on our hearts, ARK ministries stands for Accountability, Restoration on Kingdom Principles. This ministry is focused on those that have found themselves in jail, or prison and have been released into society. One of the areas that always troubled me was the continual revolving door that many people find themselves in as they live free for a time then get back into trouble. Here it is folks, the reason that many find themselves in trouble again and again, the reason that someone that has conquered pornography, alcohol,lying, laziness, or whatever is under the umbrella of satans vices..... THEY STOP FIGHTING!!! Today is the day to grab your sword and your shield, today is the day to advance the Kingdom of God and retreat the demonic presence that lurks! Today is the day to fight, stay the course and keep your faith...... Onward Christian soldier!!! AMEN
